I'm not parsing words. "Presumed" is the word that was used. All the other testimony points to his presumption being an accurate one.

Then you should stop fretting - - it’s over. The house may elect to impeach or not. But if they do Donny will be found not guilty and remain in office. But at least for the first time in his life he will be in a trial of sorts.

You are still selling Sondland’s inference and ignoring Ratliff’s direct question and Sondland’s direct answer. If there is a gotcha that conflicts with that then Sondland should be drug back into the chamber and clarify under oath. As it is nobody on the left challenged the Ratliff/Sondland direct Q&A in the chamber under oath. That is the benchmark. Not “presumed”

Oh I’m not fretting I’m enjoying the hell out of watching you libs try the mental gymnastics to discount the direct Q&A between Sondland and Ratliff.

I don’t care if Trump is impeached or not. I almost hope he is. Because it’s guaranteed to backfire a la Slick Willy. Hell we’re already at that point now frankly.

The most damning evidence that could come forward are White House docs that show an attempt to justify/rationalize the military hold after the whistleblower complaint was filed. That is a little bit of everything including obstruction with a consciousness of guilt thrown in for good measure.

They got all the facts they need. Trump is not guilty

Now if Trump escapes this without so much as Censure every future President can do as they damn well please.

I’m on record many times saying ANY president that testifies under oath , in front of a room full of politicians and lawyers , is an idiot that deserves what he gets .
