My mom is almost a zombie. Sleeps about 90% of the time. Struggles to walk. It's pitiful.

Believe I had mentioned that my mom's was slow developing and responding well to medication.

Had been almost a year with no signs of advancement. At TG dinner yesterday, she couldn't stop talking about people that have passed (about their passing itself)
Watched my grandmother do the exact same thing 20 years earlier. Like it's not terrible enough without them living in depression for the time we have with them.

My hatred for this disease knows no limits.

In order to take the next step we are going to have to soon
A lot of folks said that we are going to have to move up to the USC/Missouri tier before we can talk about being back in the upper echelon. Well, mission accomplished. Now if we are going to make our next move and be on the level of the big boys, we need big boy prospects.

I haven’t seen my dad as often since we moved. It was an eye opening experience. He’s aged like 10 years in the past 3-4 months. Barely walks too. He stayed in bed most of the day while we were in the kitchen. I got him up to come watch football with me. He watched about 10 minutes or so then had to go to bed. I really don’t think I have ever seen someone decline this rapidly.

I'm so sorry to hear this. The decline is hard, especially when it hits this stage. Comfort and peace to both of you and your families. Sometimes, the holidays bring out more good days-- hope that's the case.

Took back my like. I don't like that this is happening. I do like the hatred for the disease.

Good? I saw mixed reviews. I’ve built it up in my head that it’s going to be amazing.

It’s an 8/10. Not super gruesome but it is pretty dark. Maybe the most realistic mob movie you’ll ever see .However, it has the greatest Italian actors of our time together. Maybe Pesci’s best role ever. Other than Harry in Home Alone. Lol...

I thought it was boring as hell. Acting was good but script was weak

I kinda think they were going for that. It seems like it was supposed to be an inside look at what was real. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’ve got a very close friend who’s dad was a boss in NYC during this time. He said it was eerily identical to what his dad talked about.
