Cool you're breaking tradition and doing smoked and fried, I'm a fan of both. First I'd ever heard of a fried turkey was from my dads secretary back in 92 I believe. They injected it with Jack Daniels and deep fried it. I remember her bringing some to an office party. I did them at the restaurant a few years and it was weird. People that tried it loved it, but many wouldn't try it. I assume because tradition and diet. Anyway, yadda yadda yadda.

Think I'm gonna do a turducken, on the grill. Lulz.

my cousins brought a turducken as a joke one year. I think they over cooked it tho
