I’d also add to drink your gallon of water before the big meal. Then, after you eat, try to get another gallon in. There’s a ton of sodium in traditional thanksgiving food so water intake can really help you digest better.

Even during a peak week protocol in 100 degree Thailand, I cannot fathom 2 gallons of water a day.

That sodium can just stick around a day or two 😂

Lol... maybe a gallon and a half. Most of us are dehydrated. Even the ones that think they drink enough water. Fat leaves the body in 2 forms: liquid and breathing out. That’s why visceral breathing during lifting can have the same affect as running on a treadmill. Anyway, enough about that! Time to eat! Ha!
 
I’m a big turkey and dressing man. But we got invited to someone else’s house for this year and their dressing is that dry, flat dressing. It’s aight, but it ain’t as good as my family’s so not gonna waste my calories on it!

Hey Bass.....that is what gravy is for. Pour it on everything and all is well !!
