I’d also add to drink your gallon of water before the big meal. Then, after you eat, try to get another gallon in. There’s a ton of sodium in traditional thanksgiving food so water intake can really help you digest better.
Even during a peak week protocol in 100 degree Thailand, I cannot fathom 2 gallons of water a day.
That sodium can just stick around a day or two![]()
I’m a big turkey and dressing man. But we got invited to someone else’s house for this year and their dressing is that dry, flat dressing. It’s aight, but it ain’t as good as my family’s so not gonna waste my calories on it!
