I agree with what you’ve said, although I don’t know that what Giuliani was doing for him falls under the heading of legal representation.

Example I’ve used is that if you hire a lawyer to mow your grass, the mower height is not privileged.

Political oppo work is arguably not legal representation, but they’ve sort of couched it in a way in some of his batshit appearances that make it seem like it might be legal representation related to Mueller? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Trump has to assert the privilege. At one time, I thought it would be worth calling Rudy to get Trump to assert privilege just to rule out the “Rudy gone rogue” stuff.

Then I realized that nobody really thinks Rudy wasn’t working at Trump’s direction.

For the last time I don’t watch CNN my God. And middle class is open for interpretation to this admin. The cows will come home with the mega rich tax cuts and guess who will be bailing us out...again. Not the folks with golden parachutes

The fact that you feel the need to get even , let’s me know what he did worked . If you’ll stop being outraged at the things he does like this , that need to be even feeling will go away and you can just shake your head and laugh at him like the rest of us .

This looks like what happened, although it's not yet clear. Seems he was doing the Cohen play and trying to sell access for cash.

I said it would be a good exam question which means you could throw in enough facts to make it sufficiently murky (such as a representation letter).

Yes, the world is right again. Homeostasis. a right was wronged...etc. If you want to call that triggered or outraged or spot on label people something feel free. I am having just as much fun with it as I am sure he is, doesn’t mean anyone is in anyone’s head...rocky on a fat tub of goo is funnier than his dome on rocky and that’s all you need to read into it.
