Will Don McGagn be forced to testify during impeachment inquiry? It's possible. If the Judge doesn't stay her decision, he's already committed to being willing to testify.

Judge Jackson blasting the living pajesus out of Trump, so I think it's possible:

“Stated simply, the primary takeaway from the past 250 years of recorded American history is that Presidents are not kings,” Jackson said. The assertion that a president can overrule current or former aides’ “own will to testify,” she added, “is a proposition that cannot be squared with core constitutional values, and for this reason alone, it cannot be sustained.”

Jackson did not limit her ruling to impeachment proceedings but wrote, “It is hard to imagine a more significant wound than such alleged interference with Congress’ ability to detect and deter abuses of power within the Executive branch for the protection of the People of the United States."

Dems heading into the 4th month investigating a 30 minute call..well at least they aren't sending stupid bills to.the Senate..it would be nice if they could spare a day to.pass the bipartisan USMCA trade bill though...3 countries are waiting to implement it

4th month? Not quite. The call itself was just 4 months ago. The whistleblower complaint was filed on August 15th. The investigation didn't begin until well into September. More like 2 months.

And besides, this has moved way past the July 25th phone call anyway.
