Weezer fancies himself as a thinking moderate, who will play devil's advocate, but what he is really doing is defending Trump and his cohorts by playing "what-about-ism" in a constant loop.

lmao Yeah, that's what it is. Has nothing to do with me not buying your hypocritical arguments about why it's okay for the left to do it, but not the right. The mental gymnastics you guys do are impressive. If this were the Olympics, you'd be in medal contention.

Vindman is beyond question. They've proven it LOL

he only went against Presidential policy, bad mouthed the administration, was reprimanded by superiors for unbecoming conduct, freaked out when the boss pissed on his homework assignment and didn't use his meeting notes, didn't abide by IG lawyers not to tell anyone, had the WB rules hanged to hearsay acceptable, abruptly told everyone but his immediate boss, conspired with Schiff and the CIA leaker, and testified in front of America that his feelz made him do it. He should get John Kerry to write him another PH recommendation. No doubt he got a scratch on his arm in all that mess.

Everybody lies does not entail (1) the lies are equal in number or (2) of the same severity. Really, this is not hard. It's such a facile conclusion to just say "they've both done X at least once, so they're really all the same."

Without solicitation, Schiff is approached by persons claiming that Putin has kompromat on Trump and he says he'll refer the matter to the FBI and the House Intelligence Committee (which has both Dems and Republicans on it). What did he do wrong here? Isn't this exactly what the Dems said dumb butt Jr. should have done when the Russians approached the Trump campaign with promises of compromising material?

I like you Weezer, and actually kind of sort of respect and understand your stance.
But it was more applicable pre-trump, and hopefully it will once again be applicable post-trump.

Your continued attempts to normalize and equalize Trump are just wrongheaded, not to mention dangerous.
The stance that every president has lied so they are all equal in their lying is absurd.
You can project that same absurdity on all of the other issues.

Also, since when does the right get to determine what qualifies a private citizen for an advisory role within a private company, or determine value of such?
