Based on her hesitance to even open an impeachment inquiry during the whole Mueller investigation, there’s no way she does this time if she knows the end game isn’t to impeach Trump.
Every single person that testified that had worked under multiple administration said they had never experienced anything even remotely like the way Trump used Giuliani. The same way I feel anytime a President enlists a private citizen with no oversight. It always looks shady, but they all do it.
Why not? What does she have to lose? She promised she wouldn't run for speaker again, and any trial in the Senate would be an utter disaster for the the Dems.
If you truly believe this is her plan, I don’t know what to tell you. I’ll admit I was wrong if it plays out like you said, but I don’t think there is any chance she launches this inquiry if she didn’t know with certainty that they were going to impeach him in the end. Anything less would be de facto vindication from the democrats. Zero chance they were, or are, going to give that to him.Only way she holds a vote is if she knows it won't pass. And I don't even think she does that.

Quit normalizing this sh!t.
I placed no judgement on that example or your question about Giuliani. That was your doing. That's what happens when you assume to presume. For all you know, I could have easily thought they both were a brilliant political maneuver aimed at achieving their goals but then again . . . was anyone naked? You said you viewed them similarly. I assumed you viewed the Bill and Loretta meeting as wrong, stupid, and unethical.
I never said I viewed them similarly.
That post was nothing short of a delusion. One of them literally donated a million dollars to Trump and was perfectly willing to lie for Trump until Bill Taylor took that option off the table. That's a bs cop out and I would assume you know that. These were professionals who had worked under multiple administrations.
It's childish and stupid. Especially in Sondland's case. The guy donated $1 million to Trump's campaign. That is how he got his ambassadorship. But he is a Never Trumper? Yeah, okay.Wow, Trump hired a lot of never Trumpers. Maybe he’s just stupid?
Which people that testified do you think were never trumpers? You’re making the assertion, so let’s see what you’re basing it on.
