Abuse is, perhaps, the second worst thing on this list and since it wasn't you after all, that's a good thing.

Jobs seem to come and go, you're probably a smart guy and will rebound.

Lost "Dream Girl" is, perhaps, the worst. I could not imagine losing my wife of 38 years. I would be absolutely devastated.

Praying you find comfort and a better situation.

Doing the best I can. I'm just paralyzed with fear. The two biggest shoes have yet to drop and if either happen? I honestly don't know how I'll survive.

I'm trying to get into a counselor and shrink.

It's literally surviving one minute at a time right now.

Wow, I'm sorry for all involved. Do you have access to an attorney, as well as the counselor/psychologist/psychiatrist that you mentioned? I know you know this, but it needs to be done right for the sake of everyone involved (including you.)

a friend of mine killed himself because he was lied too and was told there was evidence. The message he left said he was innocent but couldn’t live the rest of his life under that cloud.

If you didn’t do anything, don’t fall for their lies and get a lawyer now. They deal with **** humans all day so they’re going to assume you are one and treat you that way.

Do you belong to a professional organization, maybe a union, that has support programs for those in your position? And from what you added above, are you going to AA meetings? (At least one every 24 hours)

It sounds like it will take a few more days for all the machinery to crank up, but do get yourself into every kind of support group that you can for now.

Keep posting, I know that you’ve got a lot ahead of you. But people do get through this and find a whole new future for themselves.
