Although I will say, after the last 3 years, that it is sometimes hard to remember what it’s like to have a government with coherent foreign policy messaging where everybody is on the same page and nobody contradicts or undermines other government agencies.

Pence isn't an idiot, I don't care who you are a man doesn't rise to a governorship and VP being an idiot. You might disagree with his stance on issues but calling him an idiot is nothing but prejudice.

I can understand that, any candidate that wants to add even 1 more restriction to the 2A without going through the amendment process is a non-starter for me.

So, if someone wants to submit to gay conversion therapy, they should not be allowed?

If someone chooses for themselves to undergo such therapy, that's their choice. "Submit" makes it sound like they're being coerced. No one should be pressured into making that choice.
