Root Canal... OUCH! Hope this solves the issue.

Grinding/clinching of the teeth may lead to tooth damage. Are they gonna fit you for a tooth guard?

HBPW has to wear one nightly. She blames me and the kids. Lol

He mentioned I would have to come back if I was still having pain and sensitivity because he thinks that could be the only other issue why. I just don't think it is because I don't think I clinch or grind my teeth, at least not while I'm awake and Kevin says he has not heard me either. Although if I'm clinching my teeth in my sleep, I guess that wouldn't be heard.

I would blame the guys too!

Seems like it would be weird to have only one tooth affected by grinding your teeth, but I've no clue.

Do you eat popcorn? Could you have bitten one kernel too many?

I have to say that I admire your calm for someone who just had a root canal! I've only had one in my life, and they had to keep peeling me off the ceiling.

Yeah I don't know about the grinding either. Rarely eat popcorn!

It really wasn't that bad as I was expecting after what I hear from everyone. Seems like things are much improved these days. The only pain I felt was the needle for the anesthesia. I'm in more pain now though that it has worn off.

I will say the one positive is I am drinking now, not eating much yet because it is hard not to accidentally bite down on that side. But drinking cold or hot has not hurt one bit, so that is a big positive.
