I think appreciation one has for like feature is somewhat generational dependent. No offense but I really don't care whether anyone likes anything that I'm putting out in a relatively anonymous capacity on an Internet forum. OTOH I have friends whose kids have attempted suicide over cyber bullying.

What does everyone think about the new plaza like area their planning on building in the upper deck with these upcoming renovations?? Not sure I’m sold on it it, seems like it’s gonna take us below 100,000 capacity. Just curious how everybody else in the board feels about it and the look it could bring to the stadium?

The Plaza could end up holding a lot of people.... we definitely needed an extra video board that’s for sure.

I thought about that too, just wonder how many people would actually hang out up there. I agree in needing another video board though, just not sold in where it’s going just yet. It’s a cool idea though

my kids are 2 mos, 3, & 5. I think i'm super stoked for the next 20 years. it's going to be awesome. cant wait to tell my kids i can remember when there was no upper deck, jumbotron, and we had flags of all major schools waiving around above. the smells of cigarette & cigar smoke mingled with must of old hallways. Kids yelled loudly on street corners selling Newspapers & you had to READ the lineups. Bobby Denton reminded us to pay no more. Bourbon bottles littered the 50 year old concourses, and Mom's and Dad's staggered around like they too were in college. It was magical.

Seating capacity will be less than 100,000 but standing capacity will still be above 100,000 imo
