I would still suggest 2 or 3 45 min low impact cardio sessions a week even if you are bulking.Staying away from complex carbs is also not a bad idea.

If you want a premade crust just use a low carb tortilla. 5 net carbs. Brush with a little olive oil, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning and bake to crisp a little. Then put on your ingredients and bake again.
