Just do what Arizona, Memphis, UNC and LSU do and play him. It seems like all other schools are giving the NCAA the middle finger.

This is exactly why Memphis gets a bad rep for being corrupt. That would never happen in Knox Co. That said, I don't see what power a Judge has over an NCAA ruling. The NCAA doesn't make laws or punish in any judicial sense. It's a voluntary organization with rules everyone has to follow if they choose to participate. It can and will enforce its rules. What's the angle being taken here that puts it in real court?

Florida didn't vacate win over us in 2015 for having a cheating QB when we would have been East champ.

If I'm not mistaken, when a team has to vacate wins, they just lose those wins and the teams they beat stay the same. I can't recall us ever gaining wins because someone had to vacate wins.

Yes I do. I go to every home game that I can if i can't go I give my tickets to someone that doesn't get to go often. I pay the ridiculous prices for the food and drinks in the stadium to support this University. I guess my problem is I don't leave my orange tinted glasses on 24/7. I love this University, but taking commitments from players we shouldn't take right now pisses me off. The coaches were supposed to be great recruiter and are some of the highest paid in the business. Besides Neids what on field coaches gets talked about for pulling their weight in recruiting?
