This all day...the people think I am blowing a gasket because this kid is going somewhere else are wrong. I am pissed because this kid went on one visit to the dirties school in CFB and committed to them, while throwing our staff under the bus to misdirect anger, and justify lying to everybody about coming to UT. That is some pathetic garbage.

That's why the "coaches not giving him love" story doesn't translate for me. Assuming this coach K guy is legit, why would he be shocked when Hardy was clearly bothered by how UT was treating him. I can see how anyone can change their mind, but something isn't adding up with that story.

By staying, he got his brother a full ride scholarship to AU, his brother only had walk on opportunities. Be interesting if he is there all 4 years, you would think DB could have just paid for his education but that scholly is worth 160-200k.

Everyone has a right to be upset, I can’t speak for what he told coaches, other commits, etc. I can say what he told his teammates Now at McCallie, that he was a Vol. BUT, this is exactly Garner’s M.O., he does this often and encourages such activity. He did the same with Derrick Brown, had DB Visit UGA last to tell them he was coming knowing full well he wasn’t. Pickens was payback for that ish for AU.

As far as Rocker, told y’all he said he HATES recruiting, Pruitt knew other coaches would have to pull the recruiting for him. He can coach, kinda makes you wonder why he doesn’t coach NFL???

The reaction to ATL Vol, can’t blame him for kids/families making decisions for themselves. IF you believe he is the frontman/bagman then you can be mad at him. IF there is an offer on the table, do you really think other offers won’t come? Gotta have the price is right mentality. Again, that’s IF you want to believe him, Rocky Top Fund can’t be cheap or has to do better. But, I’ll also say, if you get mad at him and if what he is selling is true, I don’t see many other people handing out 50-100k of their own money, so I don’t think I’d criticize...? Believe most of the anger should be towards Garner/AU.

I think it was LA Vol who said that whether or not Malzahn is back next year, Auburn has a network and a system for this kind of thing that will continue long after Malzahn is gone and has been going on for many years. This is important to remember before everyone turns on the staff. This kind of thing happened back in Fulmer's era, and I'm pretty sure it happened well before him too. This is just what Auburn does in recruiting, and I'm sure it's not just with us. Remember that Miss. St. offered Cam Newton $185k to go there, and he ended up at Auburn.

Hey super trooper, I’m not debating anything. It’s a free country and Hardy can do what he wants. My only opinion on this is in the way the commitment was handled. If he’s good with it, then great. He’s the one that has to live with it. Debate over.

As far as “trashing” you goes, you surely need no help from me. You’re doing a stellar job of that on your own.

In regards to “shutting you down”, why on earth would I want to do that? It’s folks like you that provide kindling to make these little bonfires so enjoyable. So, by all means, you keep doing you.

Because people that hate Pruitt jump on crap like this like roaches on garbage...it is manna for them, which is why I am so pissed at the Hardy folks for obviously redirecting the anger they so richly deserve to be heaped on them...they know the LoM eats this crap up.
