Offensive line play was poor last night. They didn’t show any energy or intensity. They knew they could beat UAB at 50% effort. Still not what any of us want to see. For this program to take a step forward we need the team to bring total focus each and every week. Defense and special teams did their part. Offense did enough. On to KY

Kids can’t get up big time for every game. Ga State was on the coaches and how they prepared. Coaches have to get up for every game. Football grind and human beings playing make it impossible for the players to have that 110 percent mindset or 100 percent ability thru a major college football season.

You state this as a fact. How do you know it as a fact?

Wasn't my observation at practice when he was called out by Z in front of his teammates, visitors and two pro scouts as a G-D M-F that Z was going to beat up if somebody didn't hold him (Z) back. All as a result of supposedly not running a practice route the way he (Z) wanted it. My observation was he ran it as well as everybody else. Nobody else in the practice was openly called out as a G-D M-F that I observed.

Z was baiting him to quit. Maybe another approach in dealing with a player you (Z, Botch) recruited strongly might have produced different results. Seems some other coaches may have been more successful.

Yeah, doesn't excuse Pruitt but given the teams he's been a part of, probably didn't believe losing to GS was a real world possibility.

Well, he knows now. Hope he's smart enough for that to be a lesson never forgotten.

Chris Lowe talked about it every week on Nashville radio in 2008. Said players were struggling to even line up late in the season.

I know. It was bad. I remember wondering what in the world happened?? But just think if he’d had time to develop that offense here. We could’ve been one of the first major programs to go to the spread. Don’t know if it would’ve worked out that way but it’s intriguing for sure.

I doubt it but i didn’t think USC would look at Kiffin either. They aren’t going to pony up 10 mil a year or anything crazy so if they get turned down a few times it’s probably possible. It’s a better job than UT.
