Yep
And sham smoked him also on that blitz
I really like how we are finally turning into the aggressor and being the more physical team for a change
Our defense is really starting to hit guys
And I also like the **** you attitude number 20 and 12 bring to the secondary, they are non stop talking **** the whole game
Shamburger had his best game as a Vol Saturday night; he played a damn good game.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but thought I would share.

I work with several bama "fans", but ironically, they are actually smart folks. After the bama game, I did not hear much crap from them, unlike before the game. I just figured they saw what we all saw and would be back to normal this week. However, not so, they even brought the SC game up to me. They talked about Tennessee without me prompting such discussions. WTH?

Thus, what I thought was my imagination is perhaps an actual reality...bama fans are beginning to be concerned, maybe even scared? Yes...yes, that is it...they now realize that Pruitt is OUR coach and HIS Tennessee Volunteers are coming for them!

Tick-tock roll-turders...GO VOLS!

Hot baths will do the same thing. The key is that you need to elevate body temperature enough to increase pulse by a good bit. I'm 55, and my target is about 120 bpm, but I'm thinking that a touch lower will produce the same results. I shoot for a 1.5 to 2.0 increase in temperature. In my IR sauna that takes about 40 minutes at 125 degrees, although I run hotter and that drops to 30-35. I've gotten to where I really enjoy the sweat and the time to just sit and get my head together for the day. A traditional dry sauna would reduce that time further, but the 170-180 degree air is kinda hard on your lungs.
Thank you SSVol - this is really interesting. I’m gonna try it!

I agree.

The last time I had saw a game in Neyland Stadium was 98 (UAB). I didn't remember that game being really loud or the stadium shaking or the feeling of electricity in the air. I do remember being told to sit down and be quiet and I hadn't really been interested in going back. I feel like we had became a spoiled fan base in late 90s and felt like we were entitled to wins.

My sons 1st TN game was yesterday and I wanted them to have an exciting experience like I had my 1st game (85 UCLA). Last night the stadium wasn't full, the pregame was a little quiet, USCjr hit that TD on the very 1st play, and the refs were throwing flags early. I thought I made a huge mistake, but I'll tell you, something awesome happened. What would have wrecked our fragile teams of the last 10 years didn't faze this VOLUNTEER team. They responded by scoring touchdowns, dominating special teams, and totally shutting down the gamecocks offense. They performed all 7 maxims to perfection. Last night it was loud, it was electric, and Neyland Stadium shook. VOL Nation has been starving for so long and it was fed in a big way last night. It was amazing to be apart of and my sons loved it. Pruitt is the coach we've been waiting on.
