I believe you're on to something here. It appears Helton had a really short leash on JG and Chaney may have given him a longer leash. Obviously, he needs the really short leash.

I still think JG became a little shell shocked when he was injured in the Missouri game last year. Not sure he has played as well after that injury then he did before it.

Did you guys see that Kentucky bball doesn't play a true away game until January 7th against Georgia?

Taking a page out of the Florida football handbook. That said, basketball has a MUCH bigger home court advantage than football. It really is ridiculous how much home vs. away impacts college basketball. If they really don't play an away game until then it's best to ignore whatever they do until they face true road tests.

SEC has notified all Cat alumni with HS officiating experience to be ready. NO ONE else will get that SEC ring!
