Just watched it. It was definitely an unnecessary roughness for the extension of the arms at the end of the play after Maurer had gotten rid of the ball. I didn’t see what the actual call was Roughing the Passer I would assume? Definitely wasn’t targeting.
Originally called targeting. Reviewed, overturned and neither happened. He fell.

We could have (not necessarily would have) beat Bama with Dobbs. Not sure about UGA and UF, but those games are definitely more interesting if hes the QB. We definitely beat GSU and BYU.

I feel this.

I guess I just try to be less...critical of these athletes. With the new era of social media and our recent coaching carousel, anyone who has been willing to stay around and put in the work regardless of how poorly they may be performing has earned my respect.

Example...I am soooo down on JG so bad because what he did was not just a failure to execute due to his physical/mental shortcomings as a player...it is because what he did was a selfish, purposeful, disrespectful jerkarse and ultimately thing stupid stupid stupid thing to do.

People got really mad for me saying the team had a lot of soft, disinterested quitters, but turns out I was right, and removing that rot has led to a huuuuuuge difference in effort, if not results...yet.

I think the program is getting better, and the soft quit has been purged from the team....hopefully for good.

Yeah I have to agree, no matter where Pruitt's legacy ends up at UT. He has for sure removed the apathy in the locker room, another recruiting class or two and it'll be completely gone.

Just need to see that translate to wins, the effort on the field is there. Even in this year from standing and watching things happen against to Georgia State, to the entire team pushing Jordan for 6 more yards at Bama.
