UT hockey games were great when they played at the rink out Kingston Pike on Friday and Saturday nights at Midnight and it was byob.
What was that place called? Ice Palace?

You'd think that as much money as I dropped there over the years, I would remember this.

There are probably still some South Knox former Girl Scouts who had their first ice skating there. Also line dancing at Cotton Eyed Joe's. (I was the Girl Scout leader that other moms probably warned you about.)

Ice Palace sounds right, but I never walked in sober and sure as hell didn’t leave sober.

I had lots of family in South Knox, but doubt they were ever Girl Scouts. More like Vestal Hoodlums.

Nuked frozen Frontera Chicken and Chorizo Taco Bowl. Not bad, other than the cilantro that they forgot to mention on the front of the box, but life goes on. No dishes to wash!
