Good morning, VN. I have a favor to ask. I have been logging on via mobile for some time and it is either impossible or harder to see how many likes you have on that device. This phenomenon caused me to sail past 20,000 likes without noting the milestone. I think that I have a solution, however. I am going to ask the posters who give me tons and tons of likes to go back and unlike about 1033 of my posts so that we can all celebrate this milestone together. Therefore, @Jack Burton , @Kingston Vol , @vols 30 @BigOrangeVols @BruinVol @Catbone @mccrackb since you all routinely like so many of my posts, this burden is on you. TIA.
Wow...quite the fan club you have there..🤔

I’m in good company here.

Listen everyone:

Try not to overreact to Saturday night.

Remember the feelings of this past weekend. We are on the right trajectory.

We might look bad against Bama. That’s okay. It isn’t anyone’s fault. Don’t jump on CJP or the players.

Just try to watch it without expectations.

I’m not dwelling on it at all. My point is just that ignoring the UAB game is laughable given what we know about this team.
UAB is much better than Georgia State. Doesn’t mean I’m predicting we lose - just means it should be on the radar.

The Georgia State game is irrelevant now because there is *zero* chance the outcome would be the same today.

There are two kinds of coaches: those who have inexplicable losses to inferior teams, and those who will. I have more faith in guys who have made mistakes and risen from them. The defense that held Hill to dang near nothing has clearly improved, which leads me to the conclusion the coach has learned from his mistake.

There's no doubt about it. This team is getting better every week. But we have some on here that want to dwell on week 1.

the crazy thing is, this season is setting up exactly how some of us expected it to. We're going to beat UAB, KY, and Vandy. We just beat MSU. Had we done in weeks 1 and 2 what we should've, and would do if we were playing them again, this season would be setting up to be a 7-5 or 8-4 season. Really stinks what happened the first of the year.

But it's over. There's no taking it back. And its honestly irrelevant to the future. What matters is that the team has learned from it and they are getting better. And they are.

What are you talking about? We are going to win!!

Keep Maurer on the bench let JG play and run out the clock as fast as possible. Get the game over ASAP. I HATE playing Bama every year. It's bs

I think the jury is out on this but I agree there are positive signs.

I think the GSU loss taught Pruitt a valuable lesson. Might be for the best that it happened in a year when 7-5 was probably the ceiling anyway. Fulmer didn't learn that lesson until he had a national championship team.

I agree we need to try to run out the clock. I hope Chaney brings that same game plan that we had when we played Bama and had a chance to win with a field goal back when Kiffin was the coach.

I disagree that we shouldn't play Mauerer. We look better with Mauerer and you are sending an awful message to the team if you don't play him when he is healthy. We can try to shorten the game with Mauerer the same we can with JG. We just need to be smart and secure points with him in the redzone and not try to do too much (don't throw from the 5 yard line).

It’s not irrelevant. Will likely be the main reason we don’t make a bowl this year.

I applaud her creativity on that, seriously.

I've got a similar one, but the kit was sold commercially and included instructions for how to construct it (although, there were about 12,000 tiny pieces included). This sets right in front of the TV where I usually watch the games.
