The notion of not spending is somewhat false, they wrote Donaldson a 23 million dollar check and paid DK a **** ton for. 1/2 a season. We may not sign a mega deal, but they’ll be in the market. Probably not as much as we’d like, but a couple good pieces can carry us further.

We’ve needed this all season and almost won 100 ha. Get a bat, count on Waters/Pache/Ian to give us a shot of life, couple BP guys, maybe make a move at the deadline next year is about the best we can hope for IMO
