Three of the four will likely be on their backup QB (as will we, but not due to injury). It should now be the expectation to beat those teams - yes, even this year - not merely compete.

Definitely agree. I think we represented nicely for the recruits tonight. Not many schools could put that many butts in seats with the product that has been on the field the last decade.

They are being taught in practice but several either aren't capable of retaining it or haven't been in the program long enough for it to be instinct.

Even the best teachers can't make some students test well. That doesn't mean they are bad teachers.

The new guys not lining up properly all the time doesn't concern me. It's going to happen when you play as many freshmen and players new to the program as we do. You don't see it much at other schools because they don't have to field an entire defense of guys that have only been in the system between 5-17 games. Heck, almost 1/3 of them have only been on campus a few months.

Yea. The defense has me scratching my head. I realize we are devoid of talent but we seem to be worse than last year and don't seem to be getting better. We're about as vanilla as you can be. Pruitt was supposed to be one of the best defensive coordinators in cfb. Fundamentals are bad too.

BM is the guy going forward. He had one bad play where he lofted the ball of for the INT. Otherwise I honestly thought he played about as good as anyone could have. Idk how many more wins we have in us this season, but I do know if BM is the starter we have a much better chance than before
