You can’t get pressure with your front 7. You blitz and they pick it up and pick you apart. We don’t have the depth or we aren’t going to burn some redshirts just to let someone sit for a series. So you got what you got.

I have a strong feeling about this

Never and I mean NEVER rush 4. It’s a waste of a player. Just rush 3 or Blitz.

Proud of the team for fighting till the end. First half was great until the last two minutes. Kirby made things difficult after that. Blitzing from everywhere. Meanwhile we send four all night for some odd reason and then we couldn't cover anybody. Very vanilla of D. Made it very easy for Fromm.

Oh well they scored twice, I didn't think they could do that.

Another note is JG. He acted like a real team player. Would have been easy for him to sulk but he was supportive of Mauer. Good on him.

Pretty sure we blitzed a few times. On one, they hit a quick WR screen for a nice gain. It helps to have a Junior QB who knows what he is doing.

Jordan was running hard in garbage time. Wish we had a few more like him.

Chandler, Jordan, and CFA need to be the go to RBs. Gray is just not ready yet.

Ty doesn’t get the carries though so it’s hard to judge. He was good when we fed him in the BYU game

He's a good back. Just not physical enough to be an every down back in this league IMO. Not sure how we're looking right now with running back recruiting but we need help. Chandler and Gray are guys who definitely need touches, but we need a guy who can move the pile. Neither of those guys have that capability.
