Anytime..I don’t have doubt this info at all..he works the strip and games mostly.so he sees the college life of a football player after games while they are intoxicated having fun.he knows.

That latest video came straight off the Strip. Been up and down that sidewalk at that time of night. Rarely did anything good come from it.

The threat he made was "I'll smack you". That doesn't seem like enough to be dismissed over by itself, so I'm guessing that this new video is being coupled with the police video in terms of grounds for dismissal.

This situation is a direct contradiction of people who think the UT and Knoxville police don’t sweep a lot of stuff under the rug for football players.

Banks was an idiot and had multiple chances.

Every university gives chances and sweeps S**t under the rug,does it make it right?...No not at all,but don’t change the narrative of it taking “Just” UT too long.it happens at every university unless it’s murder or a serious allegations of “Rape”
