Perhaps, but what that truly means is that he agrees this would be threatening to anyone else. But he thinks because police are spoken down to often, that it somehow lowers the standard.
That has to be the dumbest thing I have heard and is no where near consistent with what I have said.
I have simply said that the people on this posts clamoring outrage really have no say in the matter.
You can say Banks threatened those cops with violence and death from your observations. What happens if the Cops who actually made the arrest don't feel that way? Are you there actual feelings and thoughts and opinions of what happened no longer valid because you their response doesn't match yours? That is what this entire thread is filled with.
I, on the other hand, am totally fine with not spouting off and letting the cops who are grown adults form their own thoughts and opinions and feelings because guess what? I wasn't there and wasn't involved with the arrest and booking. And guess what else? I can bet $1,000 that you weren't there either. So our opinions on the matter meant absolutely nothing.
The people, like you, who think that your feelings as a spectator trump the people who actually are involved are the worst of the faux outrage crowd.
How about let the grown ups who actually handled the arrest judge things for themselves and if they come to a conclusion that isn't what you agree with, so be it! And if they come to a conclusion that you agree with, so be it!
