Only way fans would ever have any power would be if the empty neyland type of thing was real. Which it's not. Fans have no power over what Tennessee does period.

Is Chayenne Labruzza still on the team? Brandon Davis?

These are two kids that I can't remember the last time I heard anything good or bad about either of them.

If voltwitter didn’t have a come apart, he’d be our coach right now. But I’m the clueless one.....

It may have not been the sole reason but they definitely played a part. Also played a part in Dave Doreen backing out. People close to him thought it was just too toxic to take at that point.

Of course. If you’re going to switch to an offense that doesn’t fit your QB you then you better have someone that it does or at least tweak it to his strengths and we’ve done neither.
Not taking away any blame from JG but he is what he is and the coaches had a full season of him to see that. They knew last year he couldn’t make these throws that this offense is centered around
To a man they've all said the same thing about his off season... And not only was there no inkling of him not being able to handle it there was confidence in him.

They didn't "allow" anything...

The company, the University, produces a product, the football team. The fans, the customers, pay for the product. When the product becomes less desirable to the the customers, the fans, many stop purchasing the product, the tickets to see the football team, then the company, the university, loses money and if something doesn't change, the company, the University, goes belly up.

Fans do influence coaching hires and fires. I've always maintained, especially when it comes to UT sports and football in particular, that all decisions to fire are mainly made on a spreadsheet. The coach will be fired when it's financially responsible to fire him. When the losses outweigh the cost of firing and hiring a new coach.
