Some of you might recall that when he committed I posted displeasure but didn’t want to be direct about it but I knew for a fact he was a very bad Apple in Hs. He had significant drug issues and those were the reasons he bounced around schools and why many schools passed on him. Of course I ripped for posting my worries.

I don't know the kid but followed him at Buckhorn his senior year, of which prior to that he was at IMG. Never heard such issues. And to say that many schools passed on him, Alabama and Auburn were trying to land him, along with others. Maybe you know him and the family, hence such alligations (or facts), but two of your statements make me question your true knowledge on the kid. I am not trying to defend him, because do not know him. But just know that some of the statements you made are not completely true. TIFWIW.

My post was regarding the reason he had to go back to Buckhorn

And no I don’t buy Bama and auburn both would have taken him

Thanks for making my point for me. He won a decent number of games, yet many screamed for years for him to be fired before he finally was. Here, winning just a decent number of games will get you sent packing. It's championships or bust.

None of these names you so proudly throw out give any reason to believe they can win championships here. Not to mention that if we went the "cheap option" you'd be one of the first in a long line to complain that we went cheap.

Gonna be hard to bounce back against this Ga team. They’re going to dominate us in every facet of the game.

Overall this team is just bad

Not selling anything for you to buy. But Alabama and Auburn were both recruiting him, whether you want to believe it or not is irrelevant. Could they have eventually pulled their offers, sure. But it never happened before he chose TENNESSEE. Unfortunately, it did not work out for him, for whatever reason. Maybe it is drugs, I don't know. Regardless, hope he is successful in any future endeavor.

Oh yea I’m not expecting anything against UGA or bama. I think Fromm is a glorified game manager so i think it’s possible they don’t beat us as bad as everyone thinks, but Tua, ruggs, And Jeudy are going to humiliate whatever the hell this soft zone we play now is.

You know CP just may have a about all of Butch's boy's gone and have mostly his choice of talent by next year. I don't mean to imply we are going to be any better just committing on all the transfer's. I am happy the guys are leaving that are leaving to make room for I hope better talent.

Yeah just a very long rebuild coming. No depth and no talent right now

Your wrong Hank about Fromm...kid plays with surgical precision....
HOWEVER, there is just something about Ga playing at Tennessee...especially a night game, that makes you think if you have some good QB play it just might be competitive....Tennessee is due for one of the "One of a kind" type of games

If a coach is not living up to expectations you make a change. It’s simple to me. Butch failed because he was egomaniacal. He was not and is not a bad football coach (comparatively speaking). He’s a bad person.

I like Jeremy Pruitt and think he’s a defensive genius. He’s built a fantastic staff on paper. But this thing ain’t working so far. If it continues down this trajectory he will be fired. The only debate is when is too soon.

My wording “cheap” is kind of a snide comment about 1) people worried about money that isn’t theirs and 2) the baseline fear on everyone’s mind: that will fire Pruitt and hire someone worse and worse because we won’t spend any dough. I say those coaches are worth exploring even if they are cheap.
