Oh, I was wondering why Bruin was so up in arms about it.
SO WHAT if it encourages them to leave after 4 games. What's the damn problem with a student-athlete doing what they think is best for their future? The funny thing is posters like @butchna tried to claim just yesterday that this rule was a good one and didn’t encourage players to leave after 4 games. Those ignorant takes didn’t age well lol
King's a senior isn't he?
Guessing he didn't have the ability to Grad transfer. Can't fault the guy for using the system. I will be surprised if he's not staying close to home.
Mond could be out at A&M if he leaves early, Hurts will be gone next year, Ehlinger could leave Texas early, Brewer might even leave Baylor.
If he's willing to forfeit what's left of this season I think he's going somewhere he can be the starter and put up huge numbers, but at a big school. Be surprised if he's in the SEC (unless at A&M). Then again LSU might be willing to take him as well...interesting situation.

Yeah, it seems like he’s too close to the program to see this thing is going to fail spectacularly. With all due respect Atlanta VOL, no one is "safe" once apathy sets in whether it is from the fans or customers and this includes Pruitt and Fulmer.
It will ruin the sport like Free Agency did for the NFL. This must be stopped before little hearts are destroyed. Then just open up free agency and allow these players to play as many games for as many schools as their little hearts desire.
Maybe we can trade and get a new qb during this off week. Makes perfect sense
