Fulmer isn’t gonna sit around and go 1-11 or 2-10. That’s not happening. Fulmer is obsessed with the all sports cup. Right now we’re right inside the top 20. He wants to be top 10.

I don't think it is luck, I think it is competency. This group of donors and the UT admin of the moment have hired poorly for over a decade. They even tried to hire Steele, who had a worse than Pruitt type record (1-31 in the B12) as HC of Baylor and SchiaNO with all of his baggage and bad player relations at Tampa Bay.

Go big if you truly want to play in the big leagues. Apparently they don't.

I’ll be honest, I knew Dooley was done after I saw his record at LA Tech when I googled him.

Butch I was familiar with, not a first choice hire but I got it, continue being cheap and let’s see if we luck out.

Pruitt is likely done at UT, he’ll be here for year 3 though. Unless he leaves by choice. He might end up figuring it out at some point...don’t know.

What bugs me most is Kiffin over Patterson & Dooley over Whittingham...hiring based on the man someone’s dad was is never smart.

Nobody said we were gonna beat the sh!t out of Florida. A bunch of people could see a win based on several different things, myself included.

1. They are not good.
2. Backup QB who hasn’t started since freshman year of HS
3. Thin at several positions
4. Missing starters on defense
5. Noon game
6. They can’t run the ball

We had everything set up for a upset. We just suck worse than we thought.

I learned this in Iraq. Luck is a performance based metric.

(He doesn't have the cornbread nuts to do it) Release them from their scholarship and off the team. He has the power to do that and if that is what it takes to get the team on the same page and remove the cancer, then DO IT. All this talk of paying players, if they are not giving their all, then they are not EARNING their scholarship and should be fired/released. Period. That's the type of thing that will get people's attention and recruits/parents attention. Dump about 6-8 losers who don't care and send the message that it's a privilege to play here for many reasons.

And it’ll be really easy for him to insert himself as head coach and do it by saying he’ll take no additional pay.

No way he gets let go. 1-11 or 2-10, it doesn't matter. He most likely, survives a losing season next year. It's the Tennessee way!

As much as this staff is making, there shouldn’t be as many issues as we are having. I don’t care who your players are. At this point I don’t care if you have to play walk-ons as long as they want to be on that field.

Us not producing on Offense is a disgrace to this program and these players. I mean honestly.... what receiver wants to go to UT when we can’t even get them the ball?

Because there are no real winners here. Yes, the coaches make a ridiculous amount of money, they may not be worth it and UT may have chosen unwisely again, but being around a losing program takes a toll on every one. Negativity is draining, and failing isn't fun. For anyone.

I dont think they're not buying in, they just are not that good. Nigel is horrible as a safety.....JG is horrible as a QB. JG refuses to be the vocal.leader of the offense. He's a sheep.
