What's wrong with this program is a lot bigger than Pruitt. Remember how Bob Shoop turned into a moron the second he walked onto campus? and then got smart again the second he left? Loser culture is gonna take longer than a single year to fix.

If you can get a handshake deal with someone like Freeze, then absolutely, fire away. But if not then suck it up for a few seasons. At least we know Pruitt is an ass_hole and would eventually instill some accountability in the team for the first time in probably 20 years.
