For the purpose of this game only, I didn’t think Shrout was a good option. More a player that you form a game plan with during the week.Honestly think we're hostage to a degree. Name Maurer the starter and very high chance JG goes, and that's fine. But was does Shrout do being skipped?
But I'm ready to run with JJ and the walk-ons as backups. Not even kidding.
The mentality of the team changed into a positive one. I guess the coaches thought they could get JG to latch onto the mindset and lead the team. It didn't happen and he should never see the field againI’m still totally confused as to why BM was put into the game to only be benched after he put together the only real drive of the game
We shot ourselves in the foot over and over. We committed bad penalties in bad moments that hurt us.Whatever. Penalties turnovers missed tackles blown coverages... And JG.
Warrior was pretty bad too. Bryce was a non factor. Calvert, Jennings, Smith all had penalities that wetter bad. Jennings deflects a ball that he should have caught that gets picked in the end zone..JG throws a bad pick misses a wide open deal and is otherwise unproductive...
Put it all together and you get a 30 pt beating.
There was a lot of bad.... In a lot of areas.
No clue. Just tired of itWe shot ourselves in the foot over and over. We committed bad penalties in bad moments that hurt us.
We had costly turnovers at key moments that kept points off the board.
We could get no pressure on Track without blitzing. DL is atrocious. When we blitzed, if we didn't get there, we were vulnerable and Trask hit the open man. Burrell really struggled in coverage.
JG played the way he has all year. He is not a good QB. He missed wide open receivers, threw the ball to the other team, showed no touch on screen or short passes, and didn't give our receivers a chance with 50/50 balls. The advantage we had in this game was our big receivers vs their freshman, and unless they were wide open, JG wouldn't throw it.
Only way to fix the mess we're in is with recruiting. But that isn't going to be easy with the season we are fixing to have. There is no reason to play JG for the remained of the year. None.
I just don't know what we expect Pruitt to do when we have such lack of talent in key positions. Defense would have been fine today if the DL wasn't so bad. Offense would have been fine today if JG wasn't so bad. What do you do?
I don't understand why a single person hasn't been honest enough to say that this is Chaney's offense.
You’ve NEVER played football before it seems. And you didn’t read my ENTIRE post. I clearly said let’s see what the other guys look like. Just saying it isn’t ALL JG. This team as all WHOLE is bad.You must be his dad..games are won by scoring?!?...how else do you win?...take a lap

My goodness if Gus is fires by Auburn, you make that hire the next day. We immediately have the 2nd best coach in the SEC East and we win 7 at least next year. Please let auburn do that.
