Not taking up for him, hes clearly regressed. Part on him and part on coaches maybe, but I only mean coaches should know his strengths and weaknesses. His strength was clearly deep, backshoulder type passes off off PA and letting our PLAYMAKERS MAKE PLAYS. Did we see a single play action pass today?? A SINGLE jump ball?? We're not even letting our playmakers make plays. Such a waste of talent.
HEY! The Espn commentator, as im typing this, said exactly the same..."whats this quarterback do well? Whats he not do well? We gotta craft our offense around that, because I don't know if they're doing that just yet".
Hint: we are not.
Same. If we don’t seriosuly consider Urban Meyer we can kiss our football program goodbye
You throw it deep and let players make plays. What could be worse? We are trying to make long drives, west coast type offense, with a team that makes too many mistakes, cant convert short yardage, etc. Better off playing high variance deep ball strategy. Hit a few and it also opens up running. How do you craft your offense behind a Qb who cannot hit a player 5 yards from him?
Chaney has beaten Gratham by an average of 26 points the last two years at UGA. Scored at least 36 points. It ain't chaney.Mullen and Grantham again proven the better playcallers and developers. Chaney doesnt seem to understand our strengths and is putting JG in a box he doesnt fit. Hasnt developed our QBs whatsoever. Chaney needs immense talent to appear successful and we dont have it right now.

1.5m and I have yet to hear a single play heralded as a great call. He always was a solid, but top-35 or 40 playcaller. Solid, but never genius or innovative. He lived off others' systems for a decade, then got sucked into the run heavy doldrum. Now hes lost any ingenuity he had learned while at Purdue. Even worse he no longer "plays to his players' strengths". It just seemed that way at UGA because anyone can call a run play 65% of the time with their stable of backs lol.Should have put Chaney’s salary at the end of that tweet. That being said he doesn’t have a QB or offensive line.
