The biggest mistake has always been refusing to spend the money it takes to hire a proven head coach.

But here we are, and you’re right, we have to see this through. (Unless we totally bottom out.)

Agtin, the AD ha contated th best coachs available and they refused to talk to tem/him begore the matter of money came into play. They knew that they would have to shell out $$$$ and were prepared to do so. It would have been less expensive in the long run if one of them would have tken the job. The results are what we have seen over the last 10-12 years and has cost us not only in $$$, but also in wins. The longer we continue to hire and fire every 3-4 years, the longer we lose and the more we pay. Lets play this out for the term of the contract and see what happens.
