Saw this walking into a grocery store today in Dalton, Ga....I can’t wait until Pruitt’s guys get some age and experience on them. I really do believe if you were to matchup Kirby and Pruitt with the same level talent Pruitt would take him to the woodshed.

I’m finding the owner if I walked into the store and ripping his sign up and if he touches me, then punching him is his dawg face.

At least we played good during the noon game
That’s sometimes a tough game for teams
Maybe Florida will be sluggish do to that

At what point would you guys put in a backup QB, if at all vs FL

To be honest..Maurer’s running ability would help us best against Florida.keeping the defense honest and not allowing them to get comfortable loading the box is key.dude is fast and you never know when he will run but when he does he’s gone.

Side note:I’m not saying start him.im just saying he has better tools to use that opens up the playbook than JG does👀🤷🏽‍♂️

I just dont think its a good matchup at all, especially if Bryce is still out. Their WRs are very good and Trask at least from what I saw a much better passer than Franks. Add to that hes a damn giant who can move he is going to be hard to get down if we actually get pressure on him.

On offense their front 7 is going to make it a long day for JG, which may actually be good in a sense. It will force him to get rid of it and maybe get him out of his head and just let it rip. I like our WRs over their DBs and I think if Chaney can move the pocket, time up some screens etc he should be effective. Just stay away from that MLB, he has career days against us.

Yeah, but that’s not the way football works. It’s not our OL vs their OL.

If their OL is clearly better than our DL (it might be) and their DL is clearly better than our OL (it is) then they will win

Well my post was about our OL vs their DL.

I think it’s too early to tell how big of an advantage they have there. Imo there is a decent shot they have to confuse us with scheme to pressure the QB. They won’t be able to just rush 4 and dominate the LOS imo

Can’t wait to see all of the booms on Saturday from everyone chalking this gator team up as such a good team and we beat them. We have had this game circled for a long time and they will be ready to play. Only worry I have is what JG will we get? If he plays well, we win. Our O line has the potential to be good if they can start to gel. The potential is there.

That coin flips both ways though. Last year that team sucked and we were going to beat the handily. Then when they won - and then won 10 games - everyone acted like they were so obviously more talented.

Dude...there were UT guys running wide open on just about every play. They could not cover us...at all. A good QB would have hung 40+ on them. We had a couple of busts...true, but we had guys open all over the field.
Idk of any plays where someone was blatantly open and those out of context screenshots are wrong, the ones I've seen. JG probably did miss a couple, but not a ton of "wide open" guys. And in what world does Shrout or Maurer do any better anyway? We've seen them. No point in discussing "if Manning was back there we'd won by 2-3 TDs". Not reality.

...none of which is to suggest we shouldn't have scored more, even with JG. Couple FGs should've been TDs.

How come no one is talking about the possibility of Trask folding under the pressure on Saturday? He has little to no experience playing in a game where the other team has spent time preparing for him. He's also making his first start since his freshman of high school at home against Tennessee. In front of a fanbase that thinks beating Tennessee is a given and hates losing to Tennessee. Then there's the added pressure of not wanting to be the first Florida QB to lose to Tennessee in The Swamp since 2003.
