We suffered 2 horrible losses, but look around college football. BYU beats USC, Citadel beats Ga Tech, and so on. Maryland puts 60 on Syracuse then loses to temple. Its crazy right now. Non power 5 schools are competing with and beating power 5 teams. Maybe if this team keeps improving, they can pull out a few conference wins and salvage their season.

I agree it feels like smaller schools are doing well. But with our schedule I do not see us getting to .500. We may upset a few people. We will see. The lack of elite QB play will not let us get to a bowl unless we see extreme progress.

And Georgia State falls to the Broncos—of Western Michigan 57-10 today.

Sheeesh!
This speaks to my point. The teams that bring the most energy and play clean are the teams that win, regardless of status. Its the only explanation for these scores. If UT gets a fire lit under their butts and plays hard and fast, they have a shot at beating most teams on their schedule.

Some remaining SEC games sure look winnable after yesterday. Hope is not a strategy but there is hope.

There is no excuse for Georgia St.. They had no business losing that game.. BYU was a few mental lapses.

We've looked like dog excrement in 2 out of 3 games, but that's actually a good thing y'all. Considering Georgia State was beaten 57-10 by freaking Western Michigan last night, that game looks even worse.
