We saw Maurer has some wheels, Shrout makes quick decisions. Other than that, I saw nothing that would make me want to see either one start, or, see significant snaps next week. Sadly, JG is our best option atm.

Shroud can be good but he has to quit throwing fast balls on his short passes. That ball gets in there too fast.

I though we were gonna use the TE in our offense this year but I haven't seen much of it yet. We're suppose to have a future NFL TE but he's been pretty silent. Maybe they'll cut him loose in conference play.

If JG will start making those quick decisions like he showed today, we got a better chance. Small but a chance. For me, I just don't have much confidence in JG, That's my opinion now. We all see things differently.
