I disagree. And not because I think Pruitt will fail. But, if a coaching change is made, it's because things are going bad. And if things are going bad enough to make a coaching change, all aspects of the program are more than likely a steaming pile of dog excrement.Agreed if Pruitt gets another year or 2 I have no doubt he will at the least leave behind a much better roster than the previous 2 regimes did.
Fulmers only priority should be shutting down the loud ignorant side of our fan base and the media. Voltwitter, FB, Adams etc.
I seem to remember some posts from the summer after he arrived that contradict the "neither would be world beaters" remark. I am not going to go back and look for them, though.I mean sure we can. I thought he out performed him in scrimmages and had moments in the games. I said multiple times i didn’t think it mattered who our qb was that neither would he world beaters. I thought his experience and legs would have helped us. You’re acting like it’s a Worley vs dobbs debate or something. We’re comparing sh** vs piss.
I see what your saying but let’s say he survives this year and next, let’s say he goes 6-6 7-5 something like that and Fulmer just gets tired of waiting. I would think the roster left behind would be better than the one butch left after going 4-8. But I mean who knows I’m banking on the hope that none of that happens and he is the coach I think he is or can be.I disagree. And not because I think Pruitt will fail. Like I said. I liked him until the troll posts and some thing he said on PF. I gave him a chance and liked him the most of anyone covering us. But, I just can't anymore.
i think he's got a reasonable gripe with pruitt's obsession with secrecy and the lack of access afforded to media, making his job and ability to make a living needlessly harder. i think he's also been the target of VolTwitter's tendency to shoot the messenger and probably isn't super stoked about that when interacting with folks online. i don't know. i've never found him to to be particularly troll-ish, but it just doesn't bother me at all. beyond that, there just aren't many voices that are worth reading, in my opinion.
Where are the interviews posted?Eric Gray got very excited when asked the question about Maurer coming onto the field when JG's shoe was tossed. I have to wonder, do these guys want JG as their QB? I mean, I know we've talked about it, but I think it speaks volumes that no one said or did anything when that dude threw JG's shoe.
Geaux, whats Ubben paying you to promote him here on VN? LOL I kid.

You guys are still talking about firing Pruitt? Not happening. Not this year. It's all about holding the core of the recruiting class together and trying to finish with the best talent we can get.
