Fair enough, when/if he fails, I don't want to hear any excuses for the next coach about how he left the program as a dumpster fire. He's supposed to be a "real coach". The program should be better when he leaves it.This is about the 5th hypothetical/imaginary question I've seen on this. Let me be perfectly clear.
It's one thing to have to live with regret..
But I be damned living with dread.
How about I don't imagine horrible things and just let him have at least 2 full classes and see if it starts turning around?
