I honestly don’t see the point in that. You see that those players haven’t really panned out to what their original ratings are.

It’s like If Florida added a transfer in Dillon bates and said it put their 247 class into the top 3
Then it is still the best quality of class since Fulmer.

I love what Gray is doing as a freshman, but our RB coach needs to work with him on minimizing the cutbacks... it hurt him a couple of times... north and south is the goal... too much dancing gets you negative yards at some point.

Huh?

Eh. Dooleys first class trumps provably them all honestly.

Da’rick
Ja’wuan James
Justin Hunter
Bray
James Stone
Zach Fulton
Mychael Rivera
Matt darr
Palardy

Obviously it’s playing to the result but getting 9 NFL players in a single class is ridiculously impressive.

Players are given very high ratings based on a projection for them to Produce early and often. I know there are exceptions but if a 5 ⭐️ player isn’t working out and transfers. Pretty safe to assume he isn’t all that great, for the most part. Obviously they are exceptions (kamara is a prime example)

I am talking on paper. People keep saying his classes are not good enough, but on paper it is better than that class and it is his only full class. Obviously the on field results can change that.

Oh ok then yea. I mean it’s a solid class. But I’m not counting Solomon or Gibbs as 5⭐️ Bc they have proven not to be that good or reliable

Da’rick - 5 star .9927 (15th National ranking)
Ja’wuan James - 5 star .9849 (28th National ranking)
Justin Hunter - 4 star .9829 (33rd National ranking)
Bray - 4 star .9520 (99th National ranking)
James Stone - 4 star .9299 (157th National ranking)
Zach Fulton - 3 star .8639 (712th National ranking)
Mychael Rivera - 3 star .8333 (71st National JuCo ranking)
Matt darr - 3 star .8479
Palardy - 3 star .8448

Wright - 5 star .9944 (10th National ranking) > Da'Rick
Morris - 5 star .9871 (28th National ranking) > James
Henry T - 4 star .9779 (44th National ranking) < Hunter
Crouch - 4 star .9699 (61st National ranking) > Bray
Keyton - 4 star .9503 (111th National ranking) > Stone
Tank - 4 star .9331 (156th National ranking) > Fulton
Gray - 4 star .9244 (184th National ranking) > Rivera
Fields - 4 star .9131 (226th National ranking) > Darr
Lampley - 4 star .9124 (232nd National ranking) > Palardy

Unless your arguing that players who had full careers at UT "trump" a class with just 2 games under their belt....which no way you'd make that comparison, because that wouldn't make any sense....

That cocky SOB... love it. Kid wants to play.

That's akin to Peyton locking the other QBs out of the film room.

If I were coach.im letting him play a couple of drives just because I liked the attitude.dude straight up jumped over shrout the #2 QB and said hold the clip board my guy.ill be back.😂😂

He’s a troll

I was counting Solomon as the 4* he got after transferring and Gibbs as the 3* he is after transferring. None of it matters if they don’t develop the guys, but it is the deepest class on paper we have signed in a while.

I agree and Gray is playing really well. I did notice on a carry when he cut and spun and bunch he kind of slammed the ground with his fist like he knew “ north -south and go” so they are provably talking about it. I worry that a Georgia or Bama linebacker will pop that ball right out haha.

Uhhh he played every game as did Trey Smith. Also, Kenneth George Jr. Is no longer suspended.....

Yeah okay, just doing a sanity check lol I was like "wait a minute!"

Still that shows why the defense is playing catchup. All 4 of the returning starters on defense we lost close to opening game too. Just poor luck/timing there.

I’m gonna want to see some more impact on the field early on before i say they were better.

Chandler had fire Saturday because he knows Gray is coming for his spot. You keep it just like it was and get the best out of both of them.
Me

Ty is still good af. One cut and go. Gray is a slasher and more dynamic but sometimes that hurts him
Don’t really think I need to. They both make plays and will play.
I’m not saying bench Ty. He’s the homerun threat.

But Gray should be the bell cow, running between the tackles and eating up yards.

I’m thinking something like White & Bush in ‘04-‘05

Also you’re using stars and ratings to make your case on this team but dismissing stars and ratings when complaining about “butch’s guys”. So that’s a bit of a problem

Gray is a stud and will be really good one day. But I disagree about him being the #1 right now.

For one, he needs to get north and south and for 2 he needs to get stronger. He's usually stopped dead in his tracks on first contact and he is a liability in protection.
