Assistant coaches that have organizational skills and become head coaches excel and others who doesn't is able to recognize it and hire those who do as head offensive and defensive coaches to do it for him....

Phil needs to light a fire under his azz especially when it comes to the offensive line. Bet the whole staff thought they would eek out a win and we be like....well just 1st game jitters etc.... but the T/O's and plain quitting wasn't anything the staff was prepared for. Chaney and Friend need to hit the steps at Neyland 'till I blow the whistle.....wait, Jeremy you hit 'em too, .....wait why not the whole staff!

Pruitt has developed the sour demeanor of Saban and the complacency of Fulmer. Bad combo.
