It looks like the Vols defense was unable to stop the GState offense, especially the run game. They had 213 yards rushing on 53 carries. The time of possession was in favor of GState. Tennessee played a faster pace on offense.

For me, I know they sucked, but just don't know yet who all played and how many freshmen were playing. I think there was a lot of experimenting with players and that likely screwed up any actual plans to execute a scheme.

Coaching- they didn’t adjust. It was sad to watch. There’s a simple correction to stop that pitch and zone read.

That might be the most generous explanation of what happened, ever.

This was Georgia State. I shoulda been able to play MLB and you Free Safety and UT still win the game.

Missing Gooden, Bituli and Thompson really sucked tonight. However I saw some bright spots. But goodness we need some major recruits

No excuse he didn't have to play them Freshman they wasn't ready not at all.

Agree completely, coaching staff should know the starting lineup two weeks ago. Cannot become a team by playing every lineman on the team( both sides).
