Always irked me that he didn't give credit to author (Jake Vest) though, silly, I know.
But he never does when he brings stuff over from VQ either. Just posts it and doesn't correct anyone that assumes otherwise.
Jake Vest? I never knew that! I don’t know him but I’m from East Tennessee and my maiden name matches his! No wonder it hits my heart every time I read it!!!

Tennessee HOAs would have you arrested for cutting the lawn before 8 am on a Saturday. And was that flag approved.

Hey drive like your kid lives here

A friend of mine was having trouble getting approval for an American flag on the side of his house. His HOA wanted an architectural rendering o what the flag would look like. He took a picture of his house and overlayed fireworks, eagles, and Uncle Sam all around it. Then he drew an arrow to the side of his house and wrote, "Insert Freedom Here".

It was approved. Lol

Looks like Knox is running with the 1st team over in Hoggville. I must admit, I watched him play a lot over the past 2 years, and did not think much of him in HS, so count me as surprised at this. Good luck to our local kid.

"Treylon Burks and Trey Knox have likely worked their way into the starting lineup for Arkansas’ season opener. Burks has been the talk of camp so far, beating defenders with his speed and making one-handed catches.

“He’s a pleaser, and he wants to do everything perfectly,” receivers coach Justin Stepp said. “We’re really pleased with him.”

Knox missed a few practices during the final week of camp due to an undisclosed illness, but he’s still expected to be a starter throughout the rest of the season. He was an early enrollee so he has a better grasp of the offense than most freshmen, Stepp said." - The Athletic
