Well, thanks for letting me make up my mind. We don't KNOW what our lines are yet so we can talk about that after Saturday. And although there are first game jitters to get over, BYU is showing that we have more talent than them, and we're hoping we actually play to the level of talent we have this year. The question is why are you concerned that others are getting excited about our chances?

Watched the WKU/UCA game (after buying the ESPN+ package) so that I could see my son (who is on the coed cheer squad) cheering on the sidelines. Got to see him a handful of times - super proud dad here! Seemed like WKU could have pulled away, but Helton went away from what was working in the first half - pounding the rock. UCA made better adjustments during halftime too.

He says as he predicts we don't have the lines to handle them without seeing our lines. Completely unaware of the irony of his statement.

I’m not concerned. My opinion differs. My opinion is everyone should chill on us beating BYU by 14 or more because it’s not clear that should happen. We are more talented. I have no doubt. We have been more talented than Vandy for almost every year in existence and have lost to them 3 straight years. It’s simply my opinion. I didn’t bash anyone. So, why are you disparaging me?

I know what lines we have. Mediocre at best right now. We were the worst oline in the SEC the last two seasons. We have no depth on dline and guys are starting that didn’t do squat last year when they played. Solomon was hurt. We’re not going to dominate anyone on the line other that Ga St, UAB and Chatt.

14? Challenge accepted. I say we beat them by 28. Is that disparaging enough?
