Think that is who he was referencing. Myles Sims approved. Tech's other transfer, from Florida, was also denied.Did the ga tech kid get granted a waiver ?
Might be among the best back to back posts in a long time.
That's like saying Spurrier is a Tennessee boy haha. If you played and coached at a school, you're officially one of them. I hope we have the problem some day that Pruitt is so successful that he might ditch us to replace Saban though.Pruitt's upbringing ain't all bad. Rainsville is less than an hour from Chattanooga and he went to MTSU for two years. He's practically a Tennessee boy.
Yeah, I'm sure I would be drawing very different conclusions if this didn't happen to us.I am glad that you're sharing your personal experience. I have never known anyone to have one, so I thought it was a big deal. It still is a big deal, but I can see how, in many cases, it's just erring on the side of caution and how easy it is for someone to manipulate the system when all you have to do is make an accusation.
Yeah I forgot to mention Whittington. They love him but he is a converted WR too. Ingram is also hurt but they think he'll be back either game one or 2. So as of right now they have zero healthy scholarship RBs that weren't converted from other positions. As far as the bet I'm just thinking about doing a small $20 bet so I can talk ish to my friend during the game. But I do think LA Tech has a very good chance to win the game. They're not a bad team and have a few guys with a chance to get drafted.I wouldn’t take La Tech straight up to win, but with the way the Longhorns have opened the last two seasons under Herman, 20.5 points seems like a LOT to be giving. Their defense may be losing a lot of bodies, but I think they’re upgrading in talent at every spot besides Omenihu. Maybe Gary Johnson as well, but it’s not like he even got drafted.
The RB (lack of) depth is their biggest problem, IMO. You forgot to mention that the 2nd string RB (Whittington) is a WR they converted in spring practice, so Ingram is the only true healthy RB on the roster right now. Scary lack of depth when you consider how much Herman would like to run to take carries away from Ehlinger so he can stay healthy.

Texas lost soo much. Around ~100th in returning production iirc.I’m thinking that the Terry Bradshaw stuff this summer along with the LA Tech CB talking trash will have Texas motivated, but you would have thought that about the revenge game against Maryland in the opener last year as well. With the points it seems like a no brainer.

Georgia Tech football coach Geoff Collins just blasted the NCAA for denying waivers for Antonneous Clayton and Myles Sims is eligible.Think that is who he was referencing. Myles Sims approved. Tech's other transfer, from Florida, was also denied.
Michigan outgoing transfers now at 5 approved, 2 denied. They made just enough last minute adjustments to avoid detection and investigation.
