I heard on Knoxville radio today that the police report states that multiple people heard him make the threat to shoot up the school.

That’s a deal breaker. Combine that with the domestic assault allegations and the mutual restraining order he was partied to from 2018 where he was accused of domestic violence...UT’s hands are tied.

Same, I didnt know that had changed. Last I heard, one person thought maybe they heard it but couldn't identify it as him.

It’s a tough situation, though, especially in the current social climate. UT assumes a lot of risk here.

I listed to The Drive on the way home and they confirmed to one caller that the police report said multiple witnesses heard the threat about shooting the school up. I can only take them at their word...it’s certainly possible that it’s misinformation.
