So how does the law work in a case where a women makes the statements she made to the police while wanting a restraining order
“he has a history of violence against me and others. He has physically slapped me, choked me, and thrown me around. I fear for my safety, and am constantly looking over my shoulder.”
Does she have to press charges for police to go further?
It goes to court and she has to provide evidence. Police records of the incidents occurring, texts & phone records along with any visits to the hospital because of it.
Don’t think anybody’s condoning just open minded over the justification of condemnation.I do think most of us do acknowledge that and I do believe that he most certainly needs help. Seeing how he didn’t violate that order shows he has control, maybe as not so much when he’s aruguing though. He indeed did walk away from the situation but that doesn’t condone him for some of his actions.

That ship’s sailed...hence the mutual restraining order...which apparently hasn’t been violated. Stay on point. So how does the law work in a case where a women makes the statements she made to the police while wanting a restraining order
