He is headed toward costing himself a lot of money in a few years. Just plain dumb thinking whether is is charged or not! Low character situation.

No one is making excuses, most are arguing that people wanting to see him kicked out over hearsay is a bit much.

Where did anyone claim the witnesses were racist? You really need to let this go man, you’re now going into a territory that you shouldn’t be going to.

Sounds like the girlfriend is legit. No Title IX BS like happened to AJ Johnson. Bryce ... take a chill pill, send the little lady flowers and understand she's gonna have her say eventually.

Go back and look for yourself. One of these nimrods literally said the witnesses might have been racists so could’ve made that **** up.

He was arrested because he was overheard making those comments and the police noted that he was very angry and agitated when they arrived.

There is a reason due process is a thing. Just because someone is arrested does not mean they are immediately guilty of what they were arrested for. That being said they could have easily of arrested him for destruction of school property or vandalism. They charged him with the higher crime on purpose when they arrested him. Again a charge is not a sentence. That is for the courts to decide.

Well, he did admit to the gate damage, but the rest will be damn near impossible to prove since the GF will not testify to the rest. A hack defense attorney would get this done in a month.

I literally don’t give a single **** that he was arrested. I’ve made it 100% clear I don’t expect him to be convicted because the DA will drop this case.. and if he doesn’t he will be forced to because his gf isn’t going to cooperate as she doesn’t want him to get in trouble.

Bryce Thompson admitted to doing the gate damage.
He denied the threats that have been reported.
The girl said she does not remember the details.
Reported threats came from witnesses who overheard the yelling. They did NOT see BT saying them. One witness reported the "Shoot up the School" threat. A 2nd witness did NOT hear the "Shoot up the school" threat.

So three to one? You can disregard Thompson’s denial (self serving) and the GF (possible regret) but the two remaining cancel out. Fine and time served and team discipline imo.

The other witness never said they didn’t hear him say that about the shooting.

Then what are you trying to argue? Because I already posted about the threats situation and how the school cannot kick him out for that. You can go back a page or two and read about that.

Yes. They absolutely can kick him out for it. That’s the point. Sure he can sue them too if he wants.
