They heard someone say it and likely walked around whatever corner or whatever it might have been and saw the guy who said it. Probably the only 2 people in the area.

That is a lot of supposition there...absolutely none of it would be allowed in an actual case....that is 100% circumstantial....

Not really - to even be able to say they ID’d him as the one who said it, it would’ve been painfully obvious. I mean probably the guy who is still yelling and in the process of throwing a gate down some stairs?

He's going to be suspended for the season opener almost positive about that. Anything after that is speculation...and even then if he does get reinstated for full participation he's gonna have to earn his starting spot back.

"So, I hear this male voice yell out, "I am going to slap the ##@$ out of you" and "I am going to shoot this school up". Well, we walked around the corner and saw this guy standing there....yeah, he looked kinda mad....yeah, that is the guy we saw...how much time passed between hearing that and turning the corner and seeing him? I don't know. Did we see him walk away from us to the gate and break it open? No...but we did hear that as well, just didn't see him do that...heard it, didn't see it"

Not saying that is exactly how it went, but not the strongest witness testimony there...

That being said, I am not arguing if he did/didn't do it, just that the witness' statements do not seem to be as strong as others are making it and does have holes in it from what we are reading.

It was probably more obvious for them on who it was than anyone of us know. They likely knew Bryce as well since they are UT athletes.

Multiple witnesses that claim they never saw him but ID’d him, you gotta be real dumb to think that would stick to anything.

I mean I could say I heard someone yell they were gonna slap their gf and only see you standing on the other side of the corner and say “ yep it was kylealexanderfan who said it”

Why are you so sure he said just because a person said they heard him. He also said he didn't say it. He also admitted to yelling at her and destroying the gate. So he is the only one that could possibly not tell the truth here?

Yeah man. They’re lying and just trying to get him kicked off the football team. Good take. He actually lied about the gate first go around and said he fell into it.

“They” didn’t ID him the police “ID’d” him when they got on scene. The people who said they heard the stuff did not see him and only “overheard” yelling.

I didn’t make anything up. They wouldn’t have ID’d him if they only heard a voice and had no way to connect him to that voice. Let’s not play dumb just because he plays football.

Man some of the fights I’ve been in.... growing up in the country... im surprised I was never arrested.... but then again back in the day when you got into a fight you didn’t run to the cops first thing.

Shooting up the school sounds like hearsay? Hell, I got into a physical altercation with my roomie in Hess hall my freshman year. Damaged the dorm room wall. Paid for the repairs and we were having a beer together that same day. Became great friends.

The fact that he was arrested for an argument with the girlfriend seems a bit over the top. Disturbing the peace/noise complaint seems more in line with yelling.

As the coach, I'd take steps internally and he'd play Saturday. Might sit him the first quarter but that's plenty for this "offense".
