Sounds like it was only verbal assault from the article. Not sure what the standard is there - especially if this is dropped.

I am more concerned with the "shooting up the school" comment than anything else...in today's climate of mass shootings, this could be a decision the university makes and not the athletic department.

The school doesn’t have to play by the same rules as the government in order to kick him out though. It’s pretty serious to say what he did, angry or not. Kids get arrested all the time these days for jokingly saying that **** while playing Fortnite.
